How do you place an order?
You can order our products online, by phone, or email. We accept payment by credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover (through PayPal). If you should have any difficulties placing your order online, please call our Customer Service number at 1-800-664-7256 between the hours of 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, Monday through Friday and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.

Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and completes the transaction without anyone ever seeing your credit card number or information. It’s completely secure.

How long after placing an order are products shipped?
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt and ship items within 3-5 business days after processing the order. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted immediately.  Unless specifically stated, all shipments are sent via UPS ground, Federal Express ground, or USPS to addresses within the Contiguous United States.  We cannot ship to PO boxes. All Products that include “Free Shipping” are shipped using UPS ground, Federal Express ground, or USPS to addresses within the Contiguous United States. If you need expedited shipping or shipping outside of the US, please contact us.

What is your return policy?
At Volt Vision, we strive for customer satisfaction and want you to be happy with the products you purchase from our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order for a refund (shipping charges are non-refundable and there will be a 20% restocking fee). Returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. To return an item, please email us at support@voltvision.com for detailed instructions on returning a product. If you have a change of heart about an order you placed and it has not been shipped, we will gladly cancel the order. If the item has been shipped or you have received the item and wish to return it or would like to exchange it for another product, we will accept returned items, though there will be a 20% restocking fee, PLUS any freight charges Volt Vision may have incurred. It is important to contact us before taking any action on returning a product.

Do you take international orders?
We ship all of our products to addresses within the Continental United States of America. At this time, we do not ship internationally.  Feel free to check back on this, as we may have this service available in the future.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge 6% sales tax on products shipped to those customers in Pennsylvania.

Agreement with Our Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully because if you do choose to use our web site, you automatically agree to them. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Volt Vision’s web site is revised weekly to keep the product and business information up-to-date. Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order up until it has been processed; simply call or email us at support@voltvision.com as soon as you’ve decided to cancel your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy above for more details.
